The terms of your search.

These guidelines explain the use of Nookdash and the limits of housing monitoring.

Updated on October 31, 2026

What the service offers

Nookdash researches and organises housing options according to your stated criteria. You decide which options to evaluate and how to proceed. The service does not reserve homes, sign contracts, pay deposits or send identity documents on your behalf.

Your account and responsible use

Protect your credentials and keep your details up to date. Respect other people and source terms. Do not access other accounts’ data or bypass access limits. Some features require an account and email or phone confirmation.

Packages, prices and access

Packages cover up to 20, 50, 100, 200 or 300 unique properties, valid for a maximum of 5, 15, 30, 60 or 90 days respectively. They are one-time USD payments, without automatic renewal, for one search in one city. Checkout shows the price, taxes and terms before purchase.

The quantity is a limit, not a guarantee of results. Research respects your criteria, coverage and package limits. Reaching the allowance stops new discoveries; saved results remain accessible during validity. Previous contracts retain their original terms.

Listings and external services

Listings come from external sources and may change or disappear. Coverage does not include every home or destination. Third-party links, maps and services have their own terms; check the source and information before negotiating.

Information for your decision

A result does not confirm an offer’s availability, suitability or legitimacy. Estimates and unknown information are identified as such. Confirm price, dates, costs and requirements with the source. Analysis helps organise research and does not replace your checks.

Pausing, ending and refunds

Pausing or ending stops research and pending alerts. A pause does not automatically extend the purchased period. Consult the conditions for pauses, ending, failures and refunds shown before payment. None of these guidelines limits mandatory rights under applicable law.
