Your data, your choices.

Information you share

We process account data, such as your name, email and phone number when supplied, plus city, dates, budget, residents, requirements and areas of interest. We also store favourites, notes, drafts, preferences, search history and order records where present.

How we use this information

We use your data to maintain access, research your criteria, organise options, outstanding questions and costs, and administer the service. Email alerts require permission, a confirmed address and available delivery.

Services involved in your experience

Depending on enabled features, we use providers for research, maps, authentication, payments, email and SMS. They receive the information needed for the requested operation and have their own policies.

These services may include Tavily, OpenAI, Google Maps, Photon/OpenStreetMap, Google, Facebook, Apple, Lemon Squeezy, Resend and Twilio. Selected criteria may be used in external queries. Sharing a search grants read access to criteria, options and history; you can revoke that access.

Export, deletion and your controls

In settings, you can adjust alerts, export data and confirm account deletion. Deletion ends your searches and removes the data associated with the account in Nookdash. It does not delete information held by external services.

General retention periods are still being defined. There is no promise of automatic deletion after a fixed period. Save an export before deleting your account if you want to keep your history.
